Each job is unique, it is extremely difficult to provide an accurate quote prior to speaking with you about your exact needs and visiting the site. Our prices our based on the condition of the property and services you order. In some cases, we may be able to provide a general cost range for services over the phone.
Once you have contacted us to discuss your specific needs, we will visit the site and provide you with a free-no obligation quote for the work within 24-48 hours, including a start and projected completion date. Please note that an approved and signed estimate must be received prior to the start of any work.
Upon completion of the job, an invoice for payment will be issued. Payment is due immediately upon finishing the job and we accept cash and check payments.
In the case that a job is to completed in phases, invoices will be sent following completion of each phase.
